With an increasing amount of pollution in the air, water and other materials, the need for technical equipments that can measure them and help the technicians in planning out right method of purifying it is inevitable. One of the most important scientific developments in this regard has been particle counters, which are used to decide the level of impurity in the material, air or any other thing. These types of particle counters are intended at checking the amount of particles in the air, measure their solidity and analyze it. After all, it is all the more important to preserve the purity in the material, so as to have long lasting results. Moreover, the impurity can also cause various types of diseases.

After counting the particles, there was an essentialist for the equipments that can analyze them. The particle size analysis came in today’s world to detect the amount of impure particles in a particular material. There are lots of materials that are used as a key in making something and if that particular matter is adulterated; then, the entire creation would crumble down causing various problems. Particle counting systems are also a part of health physics that require mathematical calculations and deep analysis for getting results. The lab experts employed in the production unit of these products takes extra care of the safety of patient’s life. All these equipments are meant to solve the complexities involved in a test and get you quicker results. After all, everyone would wish to complete their tasks before stipulated time

The particle counting systems are intended at examining the amount of particles in the air, compute their density and analyze it. After all, there is a need to go to the root cause of polluted particles and eradicate them. There are various particle counters available in the market. Airborne particle counters, calibration, gas particle counters and liquid counters. Every particle counter is aimed towards performing comprehensive analysis of the problem.

Our science has highly developed so much that such type of particle counters have become a vital part of every laboratory. If you want to buy this equipment; then, you can approach specialized and superior lab equipment companies in the market. A particle counter and particle characterization are interrelated. The first one is an instrument that collects the data and analyze it; while, the latter one is the method of assembling that data and measuring it. Another counting system in the market is gas particle counters.

These particle counting systems forms the part of health physics that necessitate mathematical calculations and profound analysis for getting results. The lab experts working in the manufacturing unit of these products takes extra care of the safety of patient’s life. Under this method, some particles are passed through the beam of laser light. After the light is being put-on, it gets dappled on a Fourier lens onto a detector array. At the end of this, particle size distribution is collected from the assembled data by using inversion algorithm method. The main plan of carrying this procedure is to evaluate volumetrical size of the particle.

Another counting system in the market is gas particle counters, along with air counters. This system aims at quantifying the amount of gas in the environment and its level of concentration. On the other hand, you can check out liquid particle counter also. This will enable you to know the size, quantity and thickness of the drop of water. After all, it is essential to maintain the cleanliness in every part of the laboratory.

Particle counting systems is a part of physics concerned with health requiring arithmetical computations and in-depth examination for getting outcome. The experts of the lab that are employed in the built-up unit of such kinds of products take additional care for the safety of patient’s life. They are, usually, used to check the adulteration level, so that they required correction method can be employed. Each product and its functionality are planned methodically and the final product goes through a variety of tests, before getting passed for selling purposes.

Particle size analysis has another name called as particle size distribution. The correct and meticulous characterization of particle and material properties can be done only with the right particle sizing systems. The measurement techniques related particle sizing differs from gadget to gadget. Some of the most unanimously used techniques include optical counting methods, sieve analysis, laser diffraction methods, electro resistance counting methods and acoustic spectroscopy. All these particle counting systems are used in different fields for quicker and perfect results. After carrying out the tests and taking out results, proper methods can be applied to convert impure material into pure.

We all are living in the world, where lots of technical and scientific developments are made. There is some or the other thing that is manufactured for use in laboratories. Well, do you own a laboratory and carry out regular particle size analysis? This necessitates the use of particle counters that are some sort of apparatus used to carry out this process. Particle counting systems is a part of physics that is concerned with health, which requires arithmetical computations and in-depth examination for getting outcome. The experts of the lab that are employed in the built-up unit of such kinds of products take additional care for the safety of patient’s life. They are, generally, used to check the impurity level, so that they required correction method can be employed. Each product and its functionality are planned methodically and the final product goes through a variety of tests, before getting passed for selling purposes.

There are many particle counting systems in the market that are considered useful to keep a check on the stage of increasing contamination in the laboratories caused by the use of several gasses and sprays. Laser diffraction, spray particle size analyzer and, submicron particle size and zeta potential analyzer are the particle counting systems employed by numerous laboratories around the world. You can also find numerous companies that sell these products at affordable rates. It is because of the importance given to the health of patients that visit laboratories for a particular test. After all, nothing matters as the safety.

It is a complex job to determine physical and chemical properties of materials. Particle size analysis makes the task easy. It is particle sizing that particles dispersed in solid or fluid can be determined of their chemical or other properties as desired. Particle size analysis is also termed as particle size distribution. The accurate and precise characterization of particle and material properties can be done only with the right particle sizing system.

The concept of particle sizing finds application in many industries ranging from agriculture, petroleum, atomic energy, biotechnology, calibration labs, test houses, cement, ceramics, laboratory, chemicals, defense, education, environmental monitoring, meteorology, fertilizers, food products, foundries, glass, leather, minerals, mining, oil & gas, paint, pesticides, pharmacy, rubber, soil analysis, textiles, and many more. For example Spraytec – Spray Particle Size Analyzer is one such particle sizing system that gives high speed measurements of high concentration droplets in sprays, aerosols and inhalers in the size range of 0.5 to 850 microns. Similarly there are many other such examples related to particle size analysis.

The measurement techniques related particle sizing difference from application to application. Few of the most commonly used techniques include optical counting methods, sieve analysis, electro resistance counting methods, acoustic spectroscopy, laser diffraction methods, etc. Measured by the μm, particle size analysis in recent times is one of the widely used concepts, resulting in the great demand of particle sizing system.

We find lots of particles in the air, which cannot be seen with the help of naked eyes. To measure the particle shape, size and volume, the technique of particle characterization is carried out. Under this method, some particles are passed through the beam of laser light. After the light is being thrown, it gets freckled on a Fourier lens onto a detector array. At the completion of this, particle size distribution is gathered from the assembled data by using inversion algorithm method. The main aim of carrying this procedure is to analyze volumetrical size of the particle.

With the help of these particle counters and analyzers, the lab technicians are able to know the size of impurity and be able to apply the purifying method. There are numerous particle counting systems in the market that are applied to keep a check on the level on increasing impurity in the laboratories caused by gasses and sprays. Laser diffraction, spray particle size analyzer and, submicron particle size and zeta potential analyzer are the counting systems employed by numerous laboratories around the world. It is because the medical experts are quite concerned about the health of their patients and takes care that they should not get caught by any other problem due to impure gases.

Defining relative amounts of particles present in fluids, powder, solids, etc. as per particle size, termed as particle characterization, is an important activity for varied industries starting from petroleum, chemicals to cosmetic industries. Even determining physical and chemical properties of rocks and soils for particle characterization is done with particle counting systems.

Most of the particle counters like airborne particle counters, gas particle counters, liquid particle counters, particle monitoring software, etc. bearing the Particle Measuring Systems Inc. USA trademark are supplied by Aimil. This company has already carved a niche in the instrumentation market since the last seventy-five years for delivering high quality particle counting systems and other products related to particle characterization and instrumentation. Price is no factor if quality is good, and that is the business philosophy of Aimil.

The particle characterization measurement techniques vary from application to application. Whether it is sieve analysis or optical counting methods, or sedimentation techniques, or laser diffraction methods and a host of other processes, almost all particle counting systems are available with Aimil.

You must be wondering why I have so full of praises for this company. Don’t think that I am promoting it. I am only one of the many thousands or say lakhs of satisfied customers greatly contended using the particle counters supplied by this company. So, in case, you are engaged in the realm of particle characterization and if you are not satisfied with the particle counters supplied by other companies, just try Aimil….you won’t regret!

Hi buddies….you must have come across the term ‘particle size distribution’ or ‘particle size analysis‘. I am a PhD candidate for a branch of physics, which also includes subjects on particle sizing. Though am conducting a survey for the same, collecting good material, I thought I should give a try over the Internet as well. Please, I request, if you know about particle size analysis or particle sizing or particle sizing system or anything related to the same, please share the information with me.

Let me tell you what I am able to gather during my survey. I visited many a manufacturing plant that manufactures particle sizing system of various types. I had a talk with the staff out there about the market demand of particle sizing system as well as the importance of particle size analysis. I am quite surprised to know that though they have a good production capacity they are not able to fulfill the market demand. That really bears testimony to the significance of particle sizing. I also approached a lab to know what the people out there do relate to particle size analysis.

Defining the relative amounts of particles present in fluid or solid materials that are sorted according to size is the method used to determine particle size analysis…this is what one lab person said. Properties of rocks and soils, particles in chemical reactions, particles in industrial products require to undergo particle size analysis. And they said that different ranges of particle sizing system are used for the process.

Hope you don’t get bored of my writings…in fact most readers have found my articles interesting…this makes me continue my hobby of sharing and informing experiences and information related to particle sizing.

I often wondered the working principles in powder, granular material and fluid, especially the particles dispersed in varying sizes. Thanks to the Internet and information available. I came across many informative articles related to particle characterization or also called particle sizing. That is how I came across particle size analysis and the products related to this discipline like particle counters, particle counting systems, particle sizing system.

A series of mathematical functions forms the basis of particle sizing for particle size analysis and this analysis determines or examines the relative amounts of particles present in powder, granular material and fluid, sorted according to size. To examine the same, various instruments like particle counters, particle counting systems, particle sizing system, etc are used.

You must be curious why I am stressing on the subject particle characterization and its related products. I am myself engaged in this field, working in a laboratory that does particle size analysis for certain companies. The laboratory I work for that executes particle characterization projects sources the particle counting systems, particle sizing system, etc. from AIMIL Limited. I feel brands make the difference too to get precise monitoring results.

This is Sushant, a particle counting systems supplier. I love writing and reading blog articles, more often of those related to my area of concern, i.e. those related to particle characterization, particle counting, particle counting systems and allied topics. It is very obvious that when we go to buy a product, especially a machine, an instrumentation product, what we generally take into account is the price, quality, warranty, uninterrupted service. If you are an engineering expert or have experience in the instrumentation industry, you will consider more parameters.

There are hundreds of particle characterization technologies available in the market. I deal in particle counting systems manufactured by AIMIL Limited and also by other brands and during the 5-long supplying business, I have seem that AIMIL’s civil engineering products are demanded more. The reason maybe the hi-tech features incorporated and the affordable prices.

Well, my main concern here is to give you certain tips to be followed when you are buying particle counting systems. For getting the particle characterization or particle counting results, you should focus more on the performance aspect of the particle counting systems. The performance of a particle counting system depends on the following factors, and you should check on the same,

* Sensitivity so that the smallest particles can be detected
* Flowrate so that more data is collected in the specified sampling time
* Particle counter saturation
* Should comply to ISO or other standard certification.

So, be smart and get the right product!
